This extremely rare and highly active honey is certified with over 400+ mg/kg of MGO, NPA of 12+ and 5% fresh Royal Jelly. With its powerful medicinal properties, Manuka honey is one of nature's greatest weapon for supporting wellness and anti-aging, containing the highest levels of polyphenols of any honey. In the hive, Royal Jelly is fed exclusively to the Queen (and the reason she lives 40 times longer than other bees), packed full of iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, sulfur, zinc, vitamin B1, B2, B6, C and E. Royal Jelly is rich in antioxidants that help fight aging and the damage caused by free radicals. It's a miracle.

Saffron is an ancient and precious spice that's been used as medicine and in recipes for over 3,500 years. Early cultivation spanned civilizations- in Greece it was the subject of myths, and in ancient Egypt, legend has it that Cleopatra bathed in Saffron infused mare's milk. Hand harvested during a short one-month blooming period, each delicate Saffron flower produces only three stigmas. Saffron contains over 150 micronutrients, including potent antioxidants that aid in mood regulation and stress reduction. Its prized color and unique flavor imparts a distinctive earthy and floral quality that perfectly pairs with our Orange Blossom honey. We’ve taken our raw, antioxidant-rich Wildflower honey and infused it with the iconic Morita Chile, grown organically at nearby Windrose Farms. Morita Chiles are ripe jalapeños that have turned red and fruity. They are then dehydrated, rehydrated and smoked with apple wood from the farm's trees. We are lucky to have access to this iconic pepper through our good friends at Windrose Farms.

This seasonal treasure has a limited harvest in California, making it hard to find, and that much more special when you do. We’ve combined this vibrant citrus with our decadent honey, for a special burst of tart, flowery sweetness.
