How does local delivery work?

Our local delivery day is Friday. This includes any of our fresh produce and flowers. Make sure to get your order in by Wednesday 9pm PT for it to be delivered that same week, otherwise it will be delivered the following Friday. Local delivery always incurs a $15 delivery fee.

Please note that our Regenerative Farm Box and Weekly Bloom Bundle prices include delivery, so any added items will not be charged an additional delivery fee.

Deliveries are made from 9am - 7pm PT every Friday. We will contact you via text message using the phone number you provided at checkout.

How do I know if I’m in your local delivery range?

You’ll be prompted to enter your zip code to add any of our fresh produce items to your cart. If you are in our local delivery range in Los Angeles, we can deliver to you! Otherwise, we hope you’ll be interested in ordering some of our non-perishable products to ship to you via UPS.

Can I order for same day delivery?

Yes! We offer Same Day Delivery M-F for $30. You can select Same Day Delivery at checkout if you are within LA or give us a call at 1-844-FLA-MNGO before 2pm PT and we can help you out. Unfortunately, we do not offer any of our fresh produce or flowers for same day delivery.

How do fresh produce subscriptions work? 

Subscribers are billed Wednesday morning. If you'd like to add something to your order or skip your delivery, please do so by contacting our team by the cutoff time of Wednesday 9pm PT and we can make adjustments. Order dates on your subscription account reflect the date the order is placed, not delivered.

What’s your cancellation policy for my Friday delivery?

Please let us know by Wednesday at 9pm PT via email at or by calling us at 1-844-FLA-MNGO if you need to cancel or make any changes to your delivery. You can also skip your upcoming delivery by logging into your account and updating your next Wednesday charge date. If the order has already been placed, it can only be canceled/edited by contacting us.

Do I need to be home to accept my wine delivery?

Yes you do! Adult signature and ID are required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable to accept the delivery, we will re-attempt the following business day. After this second delivery attempt, we will cancel and refund you for your order; a restocking fee may occur.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you ordered fresh produce items, your order will be hand-delivered locally by our drivers on Friday. Please see above for how our local delivery works!

You can check the status of your shipment here — once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How do pre-orders work?

If you pre-ordered an item, please allow approximately one week for processing after the stock date.

If one of your items was pre-ordered, your order will not ship until all items are available unless requested otherwise. If you would like your available items sooner, we are happy to negotiate a partial shipment. Please don’t hesitate to email us at

How does our referral program work?

If you are enrolled in our referral program, tell your friends about Flamingo Estate and you'll get $20 off each time they use your name (or email) when they are checking out.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes we do! Gift cards can be purchased here and are sent by email. Once received, you will be able to print or forward to someone you love. Gift cards are redeemed at checkout and have no additional processing fees.

How can I apply my discount code to my order?

Please enter your discount code upon checkout. Please note that discount codes do not apply to sets, fresh produce, flowers, or subscriptions. If your order contains a subscription item, you will not be able to use the discount code on the other items. 

We do not allow discount bundling — limit one discount per order.

Can I come visit the Estate?

The Estate is a private residence and is unfortunately not open to the public.

If your order arrives damaged, do not ship back damaged item(s). Instead, email us, as we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

Candles can be returned within 30 days of order being shipped if in good condition and in original packaging. Due to health concerns, we do not accept returns of other items. Free returns within the US. Excludes personalized items.
