Just the best!
I think that we are on our fifth or sixth bottle of this absolutely delicious olive oil. We tend to use avocado oil for cooking, and this olive oil for finishing, salad dressings, dipping, etc - it’s just so yummy, with a bright, almost fruity flavor and a really lovely roundness in the mouth. No bite, no bitterness, just fantastic. Nothing like it! I love gifting bottles to friends and family as well. In fact, this will be my go-to gift this holiday season.

Oil snob
Ok I’m an oil snob. I love olive oil- it’s in my Sicilian genes to be offended by plastic containers with the flavorless, soulless liquid that you find in most grocers here in my neck of the woods (Tampa). It’s hard to find products that have personally and even harder to find people with even more- but they exist! Initially, I fell in love with the olive oil but after seeing (and reading- buy the books!) the life that is poured into all the deliciousness from FE, I’m a joyful member and happily await my deliveries. Invest - you won’t regret it!
