We took the lushest, ripest Organic Strawberries from Harry’s Berries, a small family farm growing for over 50 years, and dusted them with the bright spice of Guajillo Chiles grown by Boonville Barn Collective, adding a squeeze of Key Lime and a pinch of Big Sur Sea Salt. Gently dehydrated to preserve their juicy intensity. Sweet, tart, spicy, and impossible to stop eating.
