Our Persimmon Vinegar is the shining star. It bursts with flavor, adding tart brightness to anything it touches. It is handmade by White Buffalo Land Trust with Fuyu & Hachiya Persimmons grown by farmers dedicated to improving soil health. Perfect on salads, marinades, or as a shrub.

Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our Olive Oil is the backbone of this duo. It was harvested by Philip Asquith — a fourth-generation Olive farmer. It contains our famous blend of Mission, Picual, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio Olive varietals, which makes for a vibrant, peppery Oil balanced by softer fruit notes.
