Our Persimmon Vinegar is the shining star. It bursts with flavor, adding tart brightness to anything it touches. It is handmade by White Buffalo Land Trust with Fuyu & Hachiya Persimmons grown by farmers dedicated to improving soil health. Perfect on salads, marinades, or as a shrub.

Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our Olive Oil is the backbone of this duo. It was harvested by Philip Asquith — a fourth-generation Olive farmer. It contains our famous blend of Mission, Picual, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio Olive varietals, which makes for a vibrant, peppery Oil balanced by softer fruit notes.

Lovely
This is a lovely gift for the cook or your favorite salad maker. The bottles are beautiful, and their customer service was amazing. I was very concerned my gift would not make it due to the storms, and they somehow managed to get it to me in time. That kind of customer service is rare.
