Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination. Your selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the carrier. Please allow for extra shipping days over holidays, as delays can be experienced. 

We offer free shipping for domestic orders above $150. Please note that free shipping is only applicable to shippable items and fresh produce items will still incur a $15 local delivery fee. Free shipping does not apply to Pink Moon Rosé or sets containing wine.

We do not currently ship wine to the following states: AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, IN, LA, MS, NJ, OH, OK, RI, UT and WY.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be mailed. This excludes weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience!

 

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Flamingo Estate is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Local Delivery

Flamingo Estate offers $10 local delivery in the Los Angeles area for orders that include ‘Weekly Fresh Produce Items.’ Free shipping is only applicable to shippable items, and fresh produce items will still incur a $10 local delivery fee.

Please note that our Regenerative Farm Box price includes delivery, so any added items will not be charged an additional delivery fee.

Deliveries are made from 10am - 7pm PT every Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Please use our zip code checker to see if you are eligible for local delivery when adding local products to cart.

Our cancellation deadline for refunds is Wednesday at 9pm. Please call us at 1-844-FLA-MNGO or email us at concierge@flamingoestate.com if you are in need of a last minute cancellation and we will arrange to donate your fresh produce items.

 

Same Day Delivery - LA Only

For same day delivery please call 1-844-FLA-MNGO (352-6646). Orders placed by 2pm M-F will be delivered locally the same day by 6pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following business day. We do not currently offer same day delivery on the weekends.

Same day delivery will incur a $30 fee. For a limited time, we will offer free same day delivery if you order a case of 6 rosé bottles or more. You must be within our local Los Angeles delivery range. 

Pink Moon Rosé

Adult signature and ID required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable to accept the delivery, we will re-attempt the following business day. After this second delivery attempt, we will cancel and refund you for your order; a restocking fee may occur.

*Free shipping does not apply to Pink Moon Rosé.

Pre-Orders

If you pre-ordered an item, please allow approximately one week for processing after the stock date.

All orders containing a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item is in stock. We do not split-ship orders. 

Sales Price Protection

As a small company, we do not offer price protection for orders placed before our sales start.

Discounts

Discounts can be applied by entering the code upon check out. Discount codes do not apply to sets, fresh produce, flowers, or subscriptions. If your order contains a subscription item, you will not be able to use the discount code on the other items. 

Checking your order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at concierge@flamingoestate.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, please do not ship back your damaged item(s) and email us, as we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

Returns are free within the US. You have 30 days from the day your order is shipped to return it back to us.
