Gift to Myself

I collect cookbooks and love to read them front to back (all the recipes and notes), just like a book. I’m so happy to have this one in my collection! Such a thoughtful mix of recipes, photos, and stories - reading it transports you to the Flamingo Estate, which seems like a truly magical place. The first recipes on my list to make are the spring carrot tarte tartin and the hot pink rosé margarita - they look amazing!
