We learned about Michael Orlando, chocolatier and founder of Twenty-Four Blackbirds in Santa Barbara, from our friends at White Buffalo Land Trust. We reached out immediately to see what magic we could create together. The Spring season was upon us, and what’s more classic than Strawberry, Rose, and Chocolate? We sent Michael our newest creation, the iconic Harry’s Berries Strawberries bathed in Rose Water, our Wildflower Honey, and our Heritage Extra Virgin Oil, gently dehydrated to a delectable chew. He studded our Strawberries onto his 75% Öko Caribe Dark Chocolate — with its earthy, floral notes of ripe, dark fruit — and the rest is history.

Really really good

Chocolate is so good. Rich and complex. The strawberry adds just a touch of sweet. A small piece with a cup of tea is just perfect for my diabetic self. It would be great if you could add the macros for those of us who to monitor these things.
