Delivery is available every Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM throughout Los Angeles.
As we continue to build our farm network, we strive to collaborate with farms prioritizing growing practices focused on rehabilitation, conservation of native species, and transparency — Regenerative, Biodynamic, and beyond Organic principles that improve soil and water health and promote biodiversity. Each Farm Box purchase directly supports this network of farmers, earth-tenders, and producers. Flamingo Estate horticulturist Jeff Hutchison and Catherine Welch, of Windrose Farm, have teamed up to source the best ingredients from a diverse group of small, family-run farms to help nurture a network of thoughtful growers who help heal the planet with every harvest.
Our Guest Curator: “DK” Kolender / Hermon’s
Hermon's is one of our favorite neighborhood spots — and one of the hardest reservations in town. Chef-partner DK Kolender is the creative force behind it, and this week he's bringing that magic straight to your kitchen through our Farm Box. A Charleston native turned New York fashion designer and artist, DK carries that cross-disciplinary spirit into everything he cooks — putting his own spin on classics like steak frites, crudos, handmade pastas, and a cheeseburger to dream about. This week's curation is a spicy Summer celebration, complete with two iconic recipes: his perfect Summer Salad Dressing made with our Salsa Macha Chili Crisp, and his famous Two-Sheet Vongole Pasta. All of it rooted in deep respect for raw ingredients, neighborly hospitality, and the belief that great food should be fun.
