Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil:
From the words of Phillip, the grower of our olives, “Many trees are 20 or 30 years old, planted by my father or me. There is also one grove of about 600 trees that are nearly 200 years old. Those were planted during the time of the Spanish missionaries by a Danish family with the intention of making Olive Oil. We mill our Olives within hours of picking (the norm is closer to 24 hours from harvest to mill). A big factor that influences our flavor is that our oil is absolutely unfiltered, with no water or additives of any kind. That is increasingly rare in Olive Oil milling.
