I love mushrooms. Roasted. Sautéed. Grilled. Even raw. This is an excellent selection of very fresh mushrooms. I would suggest using them With two days of purchase. That’s just me. I have made mushroom consommé, cream of mushroom soup, as well as a variety of other dishes, such as a pink peppercorn mushroom sauce for beef. Highly recommend.
