Delivery is available every Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM throughout Los Angeles.
As we continue to build our farm network, we strive to collaborate with farms prioritizing growing practices focused on rehabilitation, conservation of native species, and transparency — Regenerative, Biodynamic, and beyond Organic principles that improve soil and water health and promote biodiversity. Each Farm Box purchase directly supports this network of farmers, earth-tenders, and producers. Flamingo Estate horticulturist Jeff Hutchison and Catherine Welch, of Windrose Farm, have teamed up to source the best ingredients from a diverse group of small, family-run farms to help nurture a network of thoughtful growers who help heal the planet with every harvest.
Our guest curator: Anna and Niki of Little Fish Melrose Hill
Niki Vahle and Anna Sonenshein are two California kids who grew up just minutes from the Pacific, where they spent their weekends eating perfectly ripe fruit on the curb at the farmers’ market. Their cooking is rooted in deep reverence for California’s produce and fish and is shaped by a lifelong love of gathering people around a table (more specifically, their coffee table, in their living room, with friends and family sitting cross-legged on the floor).
Little Fish began as fried fish sandwiches served through their living room window, growing into pop-ups, then a breakfast spot, and eventually their own brick-and-mortar location. They’ve grown alongside a community of true, obsessive experts: fishermen, farmers market buyers, a wine director, and a cheese buyer to name a few.
With a menu celebrating sustainability and their beloved home state, Niki and Anna are guided by the principles that everyone’s a regular at Little Fish, and that every night in the dining room feels as caring, intimate, and welcoming as meals around their coffee table.
