We get so angry with other brands who sell regular Olive Oil as Olio Nuovo. It MUST be fresh, and used within 3 months. Otherwise it’s like squeezing an orange and drinking it a year later.

Great recipes deserve GREAT Olio Nuovo. It’s why I called my friend (and incredible Chef) Erin Montgomery to curate some recipes. I met Erin while traveling around Europe last year. My mother and I fell in love with her, and wanted her to come to see us in LA. She shares my love of powerful Olive Oil, and having fun in the kitchen.
I was almost sure that this would be sold out by the time I got around to buying it, but it was actually not. Got lucky this time so I bought two. I cant say enough how amazing it tastes. Its the perfect harmony of earthy, bright peppery juiciness. It compliments almost any savory/hearty meal and its so good for you. You can even top this on creamy desserts like ice cream or pudding. Truly blown away each time.
While we love everything we order from Flamingo Estates the olive oils are our favorites and Olio Nuovo doesn’t disappoint. Fresh and vibrant - just like olive oil should be. While we ordered 2 bottles, one for us and one to share that may be hard to do!

This olive oil is like its own luxury category of food. Pairs with anything you can eat--warm, fragrant, rich, deep, not overpowering, feels like it's improving my health as I ingest it. This was my holiday gift to myself and I am worth it--as we used to say.
