We’ve spent the WHOLE YEAR thinking about what flavors to make for our Chocolate Box. It’s an audacious combination of my favorite things from Flamingo, handmade with Strawberries, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Mint, Brown Butter, Sage, Caramel, Pink Peppercorn, and Damask Rose.

As always, they have been made for us by renowned chocolatier Mike Orlando from Twenty-Four Blackbirds in Santa Barbara. He took Certified Organic Cocoa Beans grown in the Dominican Republic and gently roasted them to bring out notes of ripe fruit. He then hand-filled each Bon Bon, hand-painting them one at a time.
