We really enjoyed the Green Zebra tomato jam. I thought it was delicious used a la jalapeño jam that I make from scratch, served with either toasted baguette rounds or crackers and either a mild goat cheese or the traditional cream cheese - although maybe a fresh ricotta would work too. I think it’s equally at home on charcuterie board.
The only thing I wasn’t 100% sold in was the clove - what about something a bit more multi dimensional like a mixture… allspice and pepper or?? I felt that the clove was a bit strong and one note.. just my 2 cents!
