Many of the recipes are interesting and doable. Some seem difficult mostly because ingredients are hard to find. Also it was in my cart as a member gift but still had a cost. Unsure why.

Beautiful Recipes But Wish it was Hardcover!
When I cook from a book, I tend to leave them open on the counter. This is is a great collection of recipes but the structure of the book doesn't allow me to do that at all. So I need to take a photo of the page and look at my phone. At that point, I may as well have a digital version.

Really fun surprise!
I always love the incredible products with each subscription box! The summer oils, and other savory condiments are incredible! The cooking manual is great! And will try out some recipes during some of the quieter weeks this summer!
