Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our organic olives are grown in sun-soaked California valleys by small, family-owned farms. The chill of early winter brings the annual olive harvest, with the sweet richness of fresh pressed olives filling the air from November to January.  Each olive varietal is selectively picked by hand and cold-pressed immediately to ensure critical freshness and rich antioxidant and polyphenol content. This unfiltered first press combines a blend of Spanish and Italian varietals for uniquely vibrant, green, and peppery brightness — balanced by softer fruit notes. Ideal for dipping or finishing, with a high smoke point of 420°F, making it versatile for cooking.
Blackberry Vinegar

Our hand-crafted biointensive Blackberry Vinegar is fermented from brambles of wild-growing organic Triple Crown and Chester Blackberries, using native yeast and aged in oak barrels. This vinegar, culled from simple and traditional methods, is raw and alive with a fruity tang that lingers on the tongue. Enjoy on salads, in sauces, or as a shrub.
Winter Harvest Persimmon Vinegar
This naturally fermented vinegar is made from old-grove Fuyu and Hachiya Persimmons. A sign of fall and the national fruit of Japan, Persimmons were brought to California in the 1800s and have persevered due to their hardy nature and ability to tolerate drought. This bright, yet delicate flavor profile is both sweet and tart - a unique taste that you'll keep coming back to. Enjoy on salads, marinades, or as a shrub.

The MUST HAVE bundle from Flamingo Estate!

This is such a wonderful addition to the pantry. I make all my own salad dressings and BOTH the persimmon and Blackberry vinegars have been game changers! Add the olive oil to either one for an instantly decadent dressing or marinade that will WOW your guests. I added crushed garlic and basil to the olive oil and drizzled with a little of the berry vinegar for a delicious bread dip, I kept having to refill it as everyone gobbled it up so fast, get some!!

Flamingo Estate is quite a find!

I have been gifting an array of products from Flamingo Estate after finding this gem of a place on Instagram. The products are fantastic! The olive oil is so delicious, you want to drink it instead of drizzling it on everything you eat! The vinegars are the most fragrant and exoticly flavored I have ever tasted!

Wedding Gift
