Spicy Honey
We took the Yucatan’s most emblematic Honey, made in collaboration with Mestiza de Indias in support of local Indigenous beekeepers, and infused it with Smoked Morita Chiles. The Honey is called Dzidzilché, foraged solely from Gymnopodium floribundum—a sacred tree native to the Peninsula. It is pure, monofloral, and intense, and when infused with the Morita Chiles, the result is an elixir drenched in a sweet, savory, smoked heat.
Spicy Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We took the infamous, bright Guajillo Chiles from woman-owned Boonville Barn Collective, and infused them in our rich and peppery Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The result is a Spicy Olive Oil packed with warm, fruity heat and a touch of savory Tomato — elevating crudo, eggs, or anything off the grill.
