I was curious how one can justify an $80 jar of strawberries, and while these are indeed delicious, I don't think I can quite make that leap. They are exactly as described - sweet, tart and very mildly spicy. Although they are dried strawberries, there is a juicy, jammy quality to them. They are a lovely splurge or interesting gift. I bought a jar each for my sister and myself and it was fun to exchange opinions.
