Honey Nougat
Four organic, regeneratively grown California nuts — Pistachio, Almond, Walnut, Pecan — toasted hard, tossed in Big Sur Sea Salt, and steeped in California Wildflower Honey until the Honey pulls a deep, noyaux-like flavor from the nuts. Crunch first, then salt, then that slow honey burn. Eat it off the jar, spread it over sourdough and butter, spoon it next to dark chocolate, or let it anchor your holiday cheese board.
Spicy Pepperoncinis
We pickled organic Fresno Chilis — picked at peak color in late August and jarred just hours after harvest — in a spiced brine of Pink Peppercorn, Clove, and Bay Leaf. Fruity heat up front, floral citrus underneath, with a deep, savory edge from the Clove and Bay. Eat them off a cheese board, over brisket, or let them cut through the monochrome of roasts. Once the Peppers are gone, use the brine in a chicken marinade or vinaigrette.
The whole cheese board, with Honey Nougat & Spicy Pepperoncinis.
