California Wildflower Honey

Every jar is a love letter to the flowers.

Honey was the first thing we ever made at Flamingo Estate. Before the candles, before the soaps, before the vegetables, there were the Bees. Tiny golden workers moving through the garden, gathering the flavor of everything in bloom: Sage, Rosemary, Lavender, Avocados, Macadamias, Passion Fruit, Apples, Eucalyptus, Jasmine, Wattle, Citrus. More than 300 varieties of plants in total, all providing nutrients and food for the Bees, and flavor to their Honey.

Honey carries everything we believe in: patience, pleasure, the garden, and the hard work of the natural world. It was our first product, and in many ways it is still the purest expression of who we are. Each jar is 100% raw and unfiltered, made far away from pesticides and chemicals. It tastes like the garden dipped in California sunshine.

This season’s harvest is richly floral and deeply golden, with notes of wild Sage, California Buckwheat, Golden Currant, orchard herbs, and mountain Wildflowers. Sweet, but not too sweet. Aromatic, generous, and alive.

    Amazing

Im a die hard olive oil fan and just ordered the homey I had once before. I forgot how smooth and not too sweet it is. Expensive but worth it.

This honey is luxurious and smooth in texture, smell and taste. Absolutely incredible, like no other. I take a spoonful daily along with the olive oil.
