Little Gem Lettuce2 heads, leaves separated
Cara Cara Oranges2
Radishes6 red, sliced
Mint1/2 bunch leaves picked
Serrano Peppers1, thinly sliced
Flake Saltto taste
FOR SUMAC VINAIGRETTE
Garlic1 clove, grated
Salt1 tsp
Sumac2 tsp
Flamingo Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup
Lemons1, zest and juice
Limes1, zest and juice
Oranges1, zest and juice
Sherry Vinegar1 tbsp

Saltto taste
Black Pepperto taste
Steps
- Shake all vinaigrette ingredients in a mason jar, season with salt and pepper to taste. Lightly dress the greens, oranges and radishes. Top with mint, serrano chili and flake salt.
