Little Gem Lettuce2 heads, leaves separated
Cara Cara Oranges2
Radishes6 red, sliced
Mint1/2 bunch leaves picked
Serrano Peppers1, thinly sliced
Flake Saltto taste
FOR SUMAC VINAIGRETTE
Garlic1 clove, grated
Salt1 tsp
Sumac2 tsp
Flamingo Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup
Lemons1, zest and juice
Limes1, zest and juice
Oranges1, zest and juice
Sherry Vinegar1 tbsp
Flamingo Estate Biointensive Native Wildflower Honey1 tbsp
Saltto taste
Black Pepperto taste
Steps
  1. Shake all vinaigrette ingredients in a mason jar, season with salt and pepper to taste. Lightly dress the greens, oranges and radishes. Top with mint, serrano chili and flake salt.
