Ingredients
- 3 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
- 1/2 tbsp fresh basil
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander seed, ground
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve garnished with diced watermelon and chopped fresh herbs as desired.
- Enjoy!
