Ingredients

  • 3 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seed, ground
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Steps

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Serve garnished with diced watermelon and chopped fresh herbs as desired.
  • Enjoy!
