Coconut Cream1 cup, shaken
Cream Cheese7 oz plain
Confectioners Sugar3/4 cup
Salt1/4 tsp
Dark Chocolate3 tbsp chopped
Sugar1 tbsp
Cherries1 1/3 cup, pitted
Lemons1/2 of one, juiced
Sumac1/4 tsp
Star Anise1/8 tsp, grated
Steps
- Cook cherries with sugar, lemon, spice for about ten minutes, mashing cherries lightly with the back of a spoon as they cook.
- Make creamy base by whisking together coconut cream, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and salt.
- Layer whipped cream with cherries into popsicle molds with chocolate.
- Freeze until set and enjoy!
