Makes 8 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream, shaken
  • 7 oz plain cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp chopped Flamingo Estate oak smoked sea salt dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp sumac
  • 1/8 tsp star anise grated

Steps

  • Cook cherries with sugar, lemon, spice for about ten minutes,
    mashing cherries lighty with the back of a spoon as they cook.
  • Make creamy base by whisking together coconut cream, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and salt.
  • Layer whipped cream with cherries into popsicle molds with chocolate.
  • Freeze until set and enjoy!
