Makes 8 popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut cream, shaken
- 7 oz plain cream cheese
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 3 tbsp chopped Flamingo Estate oak smoked sea salt dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/3 cup cherries, pitted
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 tsp sumac
- 1/8 tsp star anise grated
Steps

Cook cherries with sugar, lemon, spice for about ten minutes,
mashing cherries lightly with the back of a spoon as they cook.
- Make creamy base by whisking together coconut cream, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and salt.
- Layer whipped cream with cherries into popsicle molds with chocolate.
- Freeze until set and enjoy!
