Baked Feta Parcels with Honey

Ingredients
Phyllo Pastry 1 package
Unsalted Butter (melted) ¾ cup
Feta (drained and patted dry) 1 large block
Fresh Whole Chives 1 bunch
Fresh Herbs and Edible Flowers (lavender, fennel blossoms, parsley, dill) As desired
Flamingo Estate Honey A drizzle (for serving)
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 415°F.
  2. Cut feta into 4 even blocks and set aside.
  3. Place a sheet of phyllo dough onto a clean, dry work surface. Paint a layer of butter to cover and top with another sheet of dough. Repeat until you reach 4 sheets.
  4. Place a block of feta in the center and wrap to form a parcel, trimming any excess dough.
  5. Using the whole chive leaves, tie together the feta parcel and dress with a mini bouquet of herbs and flowers. Repeat with remaining pieces of feta.
  6. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve with a drizzle of honey.
