All-around fertility support, sunflower seeds are rich in Vitamin E, a nutrient shown to increase sperm count. They are also packed with selenium and folate, both necessary for fertility. Plus, they’re rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids which are vital to the health of all bodies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds (soaked in water overnight)
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • A few edible flowers (optional for garnish)

Steps

  • Strain any remaining liquid from the sunflower seeds and place in the bowl of a food processor. Add all remaining ingredients in the food processor and blend until as smooth as possible, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Line 2, 4-inch silicone molds with plastic wrap and evenly divide the “cheese” mixture between the molds. Place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours or overnight to set up. When ready to serve, remove from the molds and gently press edible flowers into the surface of the cheese. Serve with crudités and our FE Almond Meal Crackers.
  • Enjoy!
