Do oysters know that we call them Nature’s Viagra? One of the most ubiquitous aphrodisiacs in the world, these mollusks play a huge role in fertility, too. Packed with zinc, which helps in healthy egg production and sperm count, oysters contain nutrients essential for conception. Full of more than your daily needs of selenium, iron, and b12. So grab a “friend” and get to shucking.
