This extremely-limited assortment of Vino Dolce and Bon Bons is a sensuous monument to Flamingo Estate at night.

We’ve always dreamed of making a great dessert wine. After a lifetime of trying, we finally got it right. Night Bloom is a dark and layered Vino Dolce that is bursting with hints of Black Tea Leaf, ripe, red Stone Fruit, Cacao, and Turkish Spice.

It’s accompanied with our special-edition set of 16 Bon Bons, made from Heirloom Cacao and pumped full of luscious, regeneratively grown ingredients. The Strawberry & Guajillo Chile is sweetness with a kick, inspired by our favorite Summer fruit snack. Vanilla Bean & Coffee is a smooth play on our new coffee, freshly roasted in-house with notes of Vanilla. With a sweetness that’s offset by our favorite Spice, we made Saffron Burnt Caramel. And Pink Moon Rosé Sangria, our liquor infused chocolate, features notes of Peach, Jamaica, Orange, Cinnamon, and Anise.

LOVELY WINE AND CHOCOLATE PAIRING.

The wine and chocolate pairing was very lovely and special. The wine was very flavorful, bright and juicy.

It was sweet and tart without being bitter.

The wine really made the flavors of the chocolates come alive. I would definitely purchase the wine again.

As for the chocolates, I appreciate them for the top quality ingredients. They are like healthy-ish chocolates and not overly sweet. The rose chocolate was my favorite because it was the sweetest and most flavorful.

Gorgeous, luxurious and beyond appreciated gift

I sent this beautiful Nocturnal Set to my dear Aunt as a holiday gift. She was beyond ecstatic for the beautiful presentation and lovely desert wine and chocolates. I highly recommend!
