I am aware that the pisco sour reigns from a land far from France. However, the best cocktail I have ever consumed was a pisco sour from a tiny bar in Paris. Forever the two will be linked in my heart which is why when I think of Paris, I think of the pisco sour. This one has a twist of rose which brings a beautiful layer of softness to this divine drink. Enjoy one for yourself or make a few for friends, it’s absolutely delicious either way.
