Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 dash of sugar syrup
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Top off rosé & sparkling water

Steps

  • Put vodka, campari, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup and 4 ice cubes in a shaker.
  • Shake for ten seconds. Pour through a strainer into a chilled champagne glass.
  • Top off with rose and sparkling water.
  • Enjoy!
