Makes 1 cocktail
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 dash of sugar syrup
- 4 ice cubes
- Top off rosé & sparkling water
- Put vodka, campari, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup and 4 ice cubes in a shaker.
- Shake for ten seconds. Pour through a strainer into a chilled champagne glass.
- Top off with rose and sparkling water.
