Parsnips Purèe

Ingredients
Parsnip150g, peel and diced
Butter15g, unsalted
Cream250g
Water120g
Saltto taste
Parmigianoto taste
Chivesfor garnish
Steps
  1. Place the parsnips, cream, and water into a sauce pot.
  2. Make sure there is enough liquid to cover the parsnips.
  3. Bring it to a simmer and cook the parsnips until they are tender.
  4. Transfer the parsnips and liquid into a blender, while the blender is running add the butter and salt. Process until smooth.
  5. Enjoy!
