Deep sleep is critical in producing the human growth hormone and allowing our bodies to heal. Drink this tonic nightly and let the plants carry you into a restorative sleep. It also provides support to the thyroid and adrenal glands both of which are responsible for our reproductive hormones.
Ingredients

1 cup filtered water

⅛ cup macadamia nuts

1 tsp honey

½ tsp ground cinnamon
-
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg

1 pinch ground cloves
-
¼ vanilla bean

1 tsp ashwagandha powder
Steps

Add all ingredients, except ashwagandha, to a saucepot and bring to a boil. Immediately pour into a blender, add ashwagandha and blend on high for 1 min.
