Deep sleep is critical in producing the human growth hormone and allowing our bodies to heal. Drink this tonic nightly and let the plants carry you into a restorative sleep. It also provides support to the thyroid and adrenal glands both of which are responsible for our reproductive hormones.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • ⅛ cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • ¼ vanilla bean
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha powder

Steps

  • Add all ingredients, except ashwagandha, to a saucepot and bring to a boil. Immediately pour into a blender, add ashwagandha and blend on high for 1 min.
