Makes 6 popsicles
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw macadamias, soaked
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup white tea
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1-2 tbsp rose petals
- 2 tbsp lavender
- 2 tbsp raw sugar
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/8 tsp salt
Steps
- Crush lavender with sugar in a mortar and pestle and set aside
- Blend soaked macadamias with 1 1/2 cup water. In a small pot, bring macadamia milk to a boil with white tea and half the lavender sugar. Turn off heat, cover with lid and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain milk tea into a bowl. Add coconut cream, rose water and petals, remaining lavender, honey, sugar and salt and whisk to combine.
- Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze to set.
