Makes 6 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw macadamias, soaked
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup white tea
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 1-2 tbsp rose petals
  • 2 tbsp lavender
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Steps

  • Crush lavender with sugar in a mortar and pestle and set aside
  • Blend soaked macadamias with 1 1/2 cup water. In a small pot, bring macadamia milk to a boil with white tea and half the lavender sugar. Turn off heat, cover with lid and let steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain milk tea into a bowl. Add coconut cream, rose water and petals, remaining lavender, honey, sugar and salt and whisk to combine.
  • Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze to set.
