Crush lavender with sugar in a mortar and pestle and set aside
Blend soaked macadamias with 1 1/2 cup water. In a small pot, bring macadamia milk to a boil with white tea and half the lavender sugar. Turn off heat, cover with lid and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain milk tea into a bowl. Add coconut cream, rose water and petals, remaining lavender, honey, sugar and salt and whisk to combine.
