Honey Black Pepper Chicken Wings

Ingredients
Flamingo Estate California Native Wildflower Honey 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tbsp, finely ground
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Flamingo Estate Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves, minced
Ginger 2 tbsp minced
Green Onions 1, sliced, reserving a pinch to garnish
Chicken Wings 2 lbs
Sea Salt fine, to taste
Steps
  1. Set up a deep fry pot and fry wings at 350°F until golden brown, set aside.
  2. Combine Biointensive Native Wildflower Honey, oyster sauce, soy sauce with ½ cup of water and set aside until later.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil. Stir-fry the garlic, onion, and ginger for a second until aromatic. Add wings to the skillet along with honey mixture and black pepper. Stir generously on medium heat until glazed.
  4. Salt lightly to taste. Garnish with green onions.
