Set up a deep fry pot and fry wings at 350°F until golden brown, set aside.
Combine Biointensive Native Wildflower Honey, oyster sauce, soy sauce with ½ cup of water and set aside until later.
In a skillet, heat oil. Stir-fry the garlic, onion, and ginger for a second until aromatic. Add wings to the skillet along with honey mixture and black pepper. Stir generously on medium heat until glazed.
