Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/3 C prepared Irish sea moss gel
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 c mint
  • 1 1/4 c coconut water
  • 1/2 c coconut meat

Steps

  • PREPARE SEA MOSS
  • Soak 3/4 cup sea moss in generous water to cover for a minimum of 6 hours.
  • Rinse well and blend with 1/2 cup water to make sea moss gel. Store extra gel in the fridge for future use.
  • Blend all smoothie ingredients together. Serve immediately.
