After months of development with Pam in the Flamingo Estate kitchen, we're thrilled to announce that we've got a couple hundred jars of the most delicious pickles we've ever tasted.

The secret to Pamela’s Pickles is an award winning recipe that was passed down to her by her great-aunt Vie. The delicious base is packed with Rose, Dill, Mustard, and Garlic — the perfect partner for the signature flavors of Flamingo Estate: Pink Peppercorns, Guajillo Chile, and smoky Sea Salt.

Like the legendary icon whose name they share, Pamela’s Pickles are both hot and vegan. 100% of proceeds from Pamela’s Pickles benefit the California Wildlife Center, a non-profit near and dear to Pamela’s heart. For nearly 30 years, the CWC has rescued, rehabilitated, and released thousands of native wild animals along the California coast. Each jar you bring home helps keep their important work alive.

Isn't it amazing, and rare, when someone truly surprises you?

When we first met Pamela, we bonded over her love for her garden, and her incredible expertise as a chef, activist, and green warrior.

I realize that the part of myself that knew of Pamela Anderson really only knew one percent of her.

Now I know she is a lighthouse for people who wanna live full, happy, and healthy lives on their own terms.

We are so grateful for this collaboration and its support to the incredible California Wildlife Center. Like Pam, these Pickles will surprise you.

Perfectly Pickled

Firstly, I love pickles - almost anything pickled - but first and foremost cucumber pickles. So I was curious about Pamela's Pickles because they have a few unique flavors added - rose petals and tarragon most specifically. I loved the texture and overall the flavor is delicious - though they are a tad too sweet for my personal preference. That said, my immediate thought was to use them in a childhood recipe my mom used make, a traditional German Rouladen. Perfect! They're great on their own too...

Pamela's Pickles

I ordered Pamela's pickles as I was curious as to how they would taste as well as supporting the worthy cause connected with the purchase. I found the pickles to be crisp and spicy without being too spicy. The jar label and the box presentation was lovely. I highly recommend these pickles as they are delicious.
