The Process

Olives are picked gently by hand and cold-pressed immediately, filtered carefully, and crafted for balance. The blend includes rare varieties nearly impossible 
to find in the US, resulting in an award-winning 
Olive Oil.

Luminous green oil, with a hint of ripe fruit, 
and a smooth buttery finish.

Perfect for dipping, finishing, frying, roasting, and baking. With a smoke point of 420°, it elevates any dish to the next level.

The Process

Olive Oil in its most electric form. Bottled immediately after the first harvest with all the pulp and living fruit, like freshly squeezed Olive juice. Like anything fresh from the earth, it doesn’t last forever. Consume within 3 months. 

Taste Notes

Vibrantly green, electric, and loud. Sometimes so peppery it catches in the back of your throat and makes you cough a little. 

How To Use

A finishing oil not meant to be hidden in a pan. We drizzle ours on fresh pasta, drowned in giant hunks of bread, or over Vanilla ice cream with a pinch of salt.
