Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/8 tsp saffron threads
- 3 cardamom pods, ground
- 1/8 tsp clove, ground
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp arrowroot powder
- 1 1/8 tsp agar agar
- raw honey and passion fruit to serve
Steps
- Soak saffron threads in 1 tablespoon of hot water.
- In a medium pot, whisk together heavy cream, ground cardamom, vanilla, sugar, salt, clove and arrowroot and bring to a bare simmer.
- Add saffron, yogurt and agar agar and cook for another 4 minutes, whisking well. Pour into serving ware and chill until set, about 4 hours.
- Enjoy drizzled with raw honey and passion fruit to serve!
