Ingredients

Half head of radicchio

Half head of frisée

2 cups arugula

For Dressing
-
2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
Steps
- For Dressing
- Put all ingredients in a small jar or blender shake or blend until thickened and blended.
- For Salad
- Slice radicchio, chop frisee and blend with arugula.
- Toss with dressing and serve.
