Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tbsp spirulina 
  • 1/3 cup spinach, packed
  • 1/2 small zucchini
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 lemon, zest

Steps

  • Blend everything together in a blender, except for the flour.
  • Slowly whisk in flour until just combined. Cook in a well oiled waffle iron on medium high setting. Serve with honey or syrup as desired
