- 7 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- garlic chives and borage to serve
Melt together butter and olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Using a spatula, add eggs and blend together eggs and turmeric.
- Alternate between medium high heat, and taking the pot off heat while constantly stirring, gently cooking egg.
- When eggs are 3/4 cooked, stir in cream cheese, salt, pepper and take completely off heat.
- Garnish with minced chives and borage.
