  • 7 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • garlic chives and borage to serve


  • Melt together butter and olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
    Using a spatula, add eggs and blend together eggs and turmeric.
  • Alternate between medium high heat, and taking the pot off heat while constantly stirring, gently cooking egg.
  • When eggs are 3/4 cooked, stir in cream cheese, salt, pepper and take completely off heat.
  • Garnish with minced chives and borage.
  • Enjoy!
