Grapefruit Juice4 oz, fresh squeezed
Seltzerto top
Lime Juice1 oz
Flamingo Estate Wildflower Honey simple syrup1 tbsp
Lime Wedgesas garnish
Black Cone Salt or sea saltas garnish

Steps
- Prepare the Honey simple syrup by combining 1 tablespoon honey with 1 tablespoon warm water; stir to fully incorporate and let cool.
- In a pitcher or cocktail shaker, add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and honey simple syrup; stir to combine.
- Run the lime wedge around the rim glass and dip into Black Cone salt. Fill the glass to the top with ice. Pour half of the tequila mixture over the ice. Top with seltzer and serve.
