Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients

1 oz fresh pomegranate juice

1 slice lime
-
1 oz raspberries
-
2 oz gin
-
2 oz Pink Moon rosé

Ice
-
Splash of sparkling water
Steps

Mash lime slice and raspberries in a glass. Fill the glass generously with ice and top with pomegranate juice, gin, rosé and a splash of sparkling water.

Stir and enjoy!
- Roast the carrots for 25 minutes or until they begin to caramelize
- Remove from the oven and add the honey and poppy seeds
- Return to the oven and cook for another 5 minutes
- Top with mint leaves
