Ingredients
Red pepper flakes1⁄2 tsp
White wine vinegar1⁄2 cup
Honey1⁄4 cup
Mustard seeds2 tsp
Thyme2 sprigs
Raisins1 1⁄2 cups
Steps
- Add all ingredients with the exception of the raisins into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Place raisins in a heatproof jar or other container and pour over the pickling liquid. You can use it immediately or let sit in the fridge overnight.
