Ingredients
Mezcal 8 oz, or blanco tequila
Cointreau 3 oz
Lime Juice 3 oz, fresh
Flamingo Estate Spicy Honey 2 oz
Prickly Pears 4 small , peeled
Pebble Ice for serving
Steps
- In a blender, combine the mezcal, Cointreau, lime juice, Flamingo Estate Spicy Honey, and prickly pears. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
- Divide among 4 glasses filled with pebble ice. Serve immediately.
