Serves 3-4


  • 8 figs, sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cups marsala wine
  • 2 sprigs tarragon
  • 2 tbsp Flamingo Estate morita chile honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Flamingo Estate olive oil
  • 1 head frisee


  • Place figs in a baking dish with marsala. Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  • Mix together morita chile honey and olive oil in a small bowl to make a thick dressing.
  • On a bed of torn frisee, add figs and garnish with torn tarragon leaves. Dress with a drizzle of chile honey dressing and serve immediately.
