Makes 1 Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 lychee
  • 6 oz. Pink Moon Rosé
  • 12 mint sprigs
  • 6 sprigs of thai basil
  • 4 slices lime
  • 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Splash of club soda
  • 1 ounce rum

    Steps

    • In a tall glass, muddle together mint, basil, lime slices and sugar.
    • Add ice to top, rose, rum, lime juice and top off with a splash of club soda.
    • Garnish with lychee to serve.
    • Enjoy!
