Honey Black Pepper Chicken Wings

Ingredients
Flamingo Estate California Native Wildflower Honey 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tbsp, finely ground
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Flamingo Estate Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves, minced
Ginger 2 tbsp minced
Green Onions 1, sliced, reserving a pinch to garnish
Chicken Wings 2 lbs
Sea Salt fine, to taste
Steps
- Set up a deep fry pot and fry wings at 350°F until golden brown, set aside.
- Combine Biointensive Native Wildflower Honey, oyster sauce, soy sauce with ½ cup of water and set aside until later.
- In a skillet, heat oil. Stir-fry the garlic, onion, and ginger for a second until aromatic. Add wings to the skillet along with honey mixture and black pepper. Stir generously on medium heat until glazed.
- Salt lightly to taste. Garnish with green onions.
