Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup elderflower liqueur, like St. Germain
- 5 fig leaves
- 8 oz chevre log
- 2 tsp lavender, dried
- 2 t fresh thyme
Steps
- Soak fig leaves in the liqueur in a covered shallow container, turning leaves occasionally, for 24 hours.
- Roll chevre log in lavender and thyme. Slice the log into five equal coins.
- Wrap each coin in a fig leaf and tie the wrapped parcel closed with twine. Set in the fridge to cure. After a minimum of 24-48 hours, unwrap chevre.
