Serves 3-4
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup oyster mushroom
- 1 cup buttermilk
- DRY FLOUR COAT:
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup quinoa crisp
- 1 tbsp gochugaru, or red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 3/4 tsp salt
- oil for frying
Steps
- Prepare a pot for frying with about 2 inches oil.
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a shallow bowl. Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow bowl
- Coat mushroom pieces in buttermilk, then dredge in flour mixture. Fry until crisp
